SATURDAY MORNING ROUTINE
Starting on June 6th, till October end - Saturday mornings 10am to 11am we continue to host host Movement Meditations such as Qi Gong and Zen Swings. Contact in advance to book your space, or call the night before for walk-in availability.
Zen Swing is a simple, low-impact exercise where you stand with your feet hip-width apart and sway your arms from side to side while shifting your weight from one heel to the other. This movement mobilises the joints. improves circulation to help release stress, anxiety and tension, mind, body and spirit movement and connect)
We also often begin with a peaceful Qi Gong walking meditation around the garden, then into zen swing guided movement, to free up tight muscles and relax the body. Feel your feet on the grass, walk around and connect with mother earth; mother natures flora and fauna.
Listening to birds song as you relax, we have a couple of owls, woodpeckers, blackbirds, robins, chiff-chaff’s, jays, nuthatches, bullfinch’s, jackdaws and of course our magnificent ravens, all to the backdrop of an incredible rockface.
We have kept our garden wild for the insects and pollinators to help them thrive, and have a variety of organically grown herbs.
Bring your curiosity, experience and knowledge; feel heard, feel safe, get in touch with your inner child, chat or be comfortably quiet and respectful of all who move with us.

This practice will help you to raise your vibration and connect with nature. Bring a bottle of water, wear warm layers, and feel the connection of walking meditation and follow your breath.
