This is a unique form of body relaxation therapy. Involving the application of light finger pressure at specific points. It is based on the belief that light touch can trigger a relaxation response in the soft tissues of the body, releasing tension and enabling you to walk away form pain. The body stores pain, much like muscle memory, our thoughts negative or positive, may have the ability to stick, in different parts of the body.
